Two ways exist for reprogramming our minds. Method #1 is called the Quantum Leap Method by scientists. This is when you make a conscious awareness of some extreme event that factually changes your view and attitudes. An illustration of a transformation like this may possibly be when someone has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and becomes aware that they will expire in a particular period, but suddenly a miracle happens and the individual is cured of the illness. The 2nd way of mind reprogramming involves reinforcement and repetition.
You cannot simply say a word or phrase over and over again. You must do some method that will break that barrier that holds back certain feelings or signals from gaining access into the unconscious area. This area is very potent and impermeable. Imagine using a hammer. If you hit it an adequate amount of times you will chunk away at it; so too with the subconscious. You have to nourish it a lot of unremitting feelings that basically replicate the same terms or phrases over and over again.
It is like learning a modern skill. Unless you are a genius or exceptionally gifted, you must practice that skill for a period until you have it so deep-seated in your subconscious that it becomes a part of you or becomes second nature, for the reason that the repetition has entered your unconscious thoughts and is now working from there.

Instead the signals go precisely into the unconscious and place themselves there. So if you are eager to take the plunge and start the life-long process of transformation, you need to take that basic step and that involves your mindset. You have to be eager to change, and wanting to change. Only at that time, can any subliminal encoding work for you.
