The human mind works in the direction of whatever actions were done by him/her in their previous births.It also depends on the nature of body their inner soul occupied.
As it is easy to understand that human mind/brain is a highly complicated one that it will puzzle researchers for ever.Because this is the place where karmic actions are initiated.Â
If a person or any life leaves the body (death), then it travels around with the feelings that it has stored.Sometimes, these inner feelings which are not visible, might interfere with their close group of people.In such cases, one can find people behave in a different manner after the death of some near ones or dreaded enemies.
The above is also called as Ghost. I have received numerous visitors with the problems of their kith or kin suffering from some peculiar problems at times. It has to be ensured on verification of their horoscopes as to whether the person is really suffering because of Ghosts or not?.In view of the fact that inner soul has been travelling through various births/deaths, it is a natural instinct for all inner souls to have fear. The degree of fear varies from person to person. But it is for sure everyone will have fear in their mind. Hence it is a must to differentiate between fear and ghost effects on a person.
The fear has to addressed in a different way like counselling/find out reasons for fear from the person themselves. In addition, fear can be due to previous birth effects also. In the case of Ghost effects it is a temporary phenomena and will not sustain for long. The remedial steps should be advised accordingly.Sometimes whenever visitors ask reasons for problems, it is a must that we are aware of many sins/other negative effects noticed in the charts.
Apart from fear and Ghost effects, a person would have committed grave sins and other negative actions in his/her previuos birth which has to be classified as follows:Â

SINS committed cannot be rectified ( a sin is one which results in an action whereby the other human or other life is very badly affected) and person/s have to undergo punishment for life and may extend for generations also. One can also read the history and find out what happened to them ultimately. Not only they never had rebirth as humans, but also after some of their kith/kin's death, their generations never survived.
In many cases of dictators/Kings, it is in a span of 300 years, their entire generations were wiped out. Only the buildings they constructed/monuments are alive to see their way of life etc., but there is none of their family members remain to enjoy the wealth accumulated by them.
In addition to Ghost effects/Sins there is also various types of negative forces which affects not only humans, but also other lives. Now, an astrologer should have known all the kinds of SIns/negative forces working against the individuals.
In general, if a person is very rich and accumulates huge wealth, it is for sure that the wealth will not sustain for more than next two generations at the maximum. Over and above this, the person who was instrumental is accumulating the wealth will not get rebirth as human.
